VHSL REQUIRED ATHLETIC PHYSICAL:
Anyone trying out for an Albemarle athletic team or wanting to participate in an athletic conditioning program, must have a current VHSL sports physical on file in the Albemarle Athletic Office dated since May 1 of the previous school year.  Download a physical form HERE.
